The January 2021 Visa Bulletin has been issued by the U.S. Department of State (DOS). The movement from December 2020 is little, and USCIS has accounted that the final action dates (Chart A) must be used for all employment-based adjustment of status cases. For family-based adjustment of status cases, the dates for filing chart (Chart B) must be used, except the family-based 2A category.

Employment-Based, First Preference Category (EB1)
The EB-1 final action date for China and India is now September 1, 2019.
Employment-Based, Second Preference Category (EB2)
The EB-2 final action date for China is June 1, 2016 and the EB-2 final action date for India is October 8, 2009.
Employment-Based, Third Preference Category (EB3)
The EB-3 final action date is December 15, 2017, and the EB-3 final action date for India is March 22, 2010.
Employment-Based, Fifth Preference Category (EB5)
There is no movement from last month in the EB5 category.
All Other Countries
The EB-1, EB-2 and EB-3 remain current in other nations.
