Emilie is a Case Manager at Law Office of Xiaomin Hu, P.C. She assists our attorneys in handling various family-based immigration cases, including I-130, I-485, consular processing, and other applications (I-131 Advance Parole; I-765 Work Permit; I-864 Affidavit of Support; and I-944 Declaration of Self-Sufficiency, etc.) In addition, she also assists in processing non-immigrant visa applications including I-539 change/extend status and immigrant visa applications such as EB2/EB3.

Emilie is a licensed attorney in China. After working in Beijing for three years, she obtained a master's degree in law from University of California, Irvine.
