About Me

Sandra Durra serves as a Legal Assistant at the Law Office of Xiaomin Hu, P.C. She supports a broad immigration docket, including EB-1, NIW, H-1B, L-1, O-1, family-based petitions, adjustment of status, consular processing, and visitor and student visas. Sandra’s core focus is legal drafting. She prepares petition letters and supporting correspondence, organizes evidence, and coordinates expert referees and translations. She holds a B.A. in Criminology, Law and Society with a minor in Political Science from the University of California, Irvine. Before joining the firm, she built strong client-facing skills in fast-paced roles that now translate into clear communication and precise, deadline-driven work. Sandra intends to pursue a J.D., with a focus on immigration and administrative law.
