Jennifer is an Law Clerk at Law Office of Xiaomin Hu, P.C. She assist attorneys on various immigration and non-immigration cases. She is familiar with employment-based immigration applications (EB1C, EB-2/EB-3, and related PERM, NIW, I-485), nonimmigrant petitions for professional workers (H-1B, Response to Request for Evidence), for multinational managers and executives(L1), and for treaty traders, investors, and temporary workers (E1, E2, E3)
Jennifer obtained a Master of Law (LL.M.) at the University of Illinois at Urbana – Champaign(graduated with High Honors) and a Master of Law in East China University of Political Science and Law. She did her bachelor’s in Xi’an Jiaotong University and majored in Law (graduated with Distinguish). Jennifer is licensed to practice law in New York State and China.
