Jay

Jie (Jay) Zhang is an associate attorney at Law Office of Xiaomin Hu, P.C. He has years of professional experience in Immigration Law and Intellectual Property Law. His practice scope includes family and employment-based immigration (EB-2/EB-3 and related PERM, NIW, I-485), nonimmigrant petitions for professional workers (H-1B, Response to Request for Evidence), Change/Extend of Status (I-539), Waivers of Inadmissibility, and other immigration related issues.
